Stark State College, a North Canton, Ohio institution serving about 15,600 students, aimed to expand its workforce development programs but was constrained by paper-based registration, no online payments or catalog publishing, and virtually no enrollment or employer analytics. Already using Banner® by Ellucian, Stark State selected Ellucian Elevate™ to modernize registration, payments and reporting for non‑credit programs.
Ellucian implemented Ellucian Elevate™, delivering online registration and payments, dynamic course catalogs, employer self‑registration and analytics that streamline back‑office work and enable targeted program development. As a result, Stark State College went live with Elevate in May 2016 and has seen increased revenues, a significant uptick in workforce enrollment, reduced burden on registrar and bursar, and better data to drive decision‑making.
