Seton Hall University needed to simplify its HR information system so employees could more easily find pay, leave and benefits information. To meet that challenge, the university partnered with Ellucian to deploy the Ellucian Banner Employee Profile (employee self-service) across its campus.
Ellucian organized pay stubs, leave balances and supervisor tools into a single self-service view, enabling employees to find information themselves and supervisors to see and approve team leave in one place. As a result, HR processes are more efficient and less hands-on, employees have a better understanding of their information, and supervisors can approve leave more easily—reducing routine HR inquiries and streamlining approvals.
