Muskegon Community College strengthens student-counselor communications with Ellucian CRM Advise

Muskegon Community College faced typical community-college retention challenges and needed better data and communication to keep students on track. To solve this, Muskegon Community College partnered with Ellucian and implemented Ellucian CRM Advise to give counselors, faculty, and staff timely student data and tools for more effective outreach.

Ellucian CRM Advise enabled more proactive, campus-wide student support and improved student–counselor communications; as a result, two-year graduation rose from 16% to 19% (over four years) and six-year graduation climbed from 38% to 50% (over seven years), along with measurable improvements in communication effectiveness across campus.
