Ellucian’s solution consolidated all nudges, interactions, and communications on the student record and integrated CRM with the ERP for seamless data flow. As a result, Midlands Tech achieved more timely and accurate communications that guide students through enrollment, a more robust communication strategy overall, and smoother CRM–ERP synchronization.
