University of the Incarnate Word, a Texas university with about 10,000 students, needed a better way to recruit adult learners and support statewide goals for increased post‑secondary attainment. To centralize prospect and application tracking, improve marketing data, and personalize multichannel communications, UIW adopted Ellucian CRM Recruit.

Ellucian implemented CRM Recruit as a single, integrated recruiting platform with ERP integration, dashboards, automated workflows, and communication templates that enabled targeted marketing and faster responses. As a result, UIW saw an 11% rise in inquiries, a 23% increase in applications, and a 14% boost in enrollments (Spring 2014–Spring 2015), increased search‑engine‑marketing influence from 6% to 17%, and up to 50% year‑over‑year enrollment growth in targeted programs.
