Ellucian’s StudentForms automated secure online verification and CampusCommunicator delivered personalized digital award letters (with ScholarshipUniverse scholarship matches), enabling NJIT to meet its 7‑day verification goal more consistently, review 58% of documents before the semester, and cut calls and appointments by 50% while achieving an 87% open rate; enrollment climbed from about 12,300 to 13,000 and retention/graduation indicators improved. Ellucian’s solutions streamlined financial aid operations, boosted student engagement and helped students make clearer financial decisions.
