The University of North Alabama needed a more modern way to streamline recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management while improving communications with prospects. Ellucian implemented Ellucian CRM Recruit to centralize prospect communications, event registration, applications, and self-service in one system integrated with Banner. The results included better tracking of prospects through the funnel, more efficient staff workflows, and a convenient one-stop experience for students; enrollment also grew to a record 7,702, the largest in the university’s history.
