The University of North Alabama needed a more modern way to streamline recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management while improving communications with prospects. To replace its expiring CRM and reduce reliance on postal mail, phone calls, and disconnected systems, UNA turned to Ellucian CRM Recruit.
Ellucian implemented Ellucian CRM Recruit to centralize prospect communications, event registration, applications, and self-service in one system integrated with Banner. The results included better tracking of prospects through the funnel, more efficient staff workflows, and a convenient one-stop experience for students; enrollment also grew to a record 7,702, the largest in the university’s history.
