A Ellucian Case Study
Yeshiva University, a private institution in New York City, sought to grow enrollment by launching market-driven graduate programs and to modernize fragmented back‑office processes. To establish the new Katz School for Science and Health and create scalable, mission‑aligned programs, Yeshiva engaged Ellucian for Managed Services, Strategy and Planning and Ellucian Academic Operations Services, plus ERP support for academic services.
Ellucian consolidated campus systems (replacing three separate CRMs), integrated data, and helped redesign common processes so the university could make data‑driven decisions about admissions and scholarships. As a result of Ellucian’s solution, Yeshiva improved staff efficiency, enrolled the first Katz cohort in Fall 2016, and continues to see increasing graduate enrollment and better analytics to guide program growth.
