Washtenaw Community College, a 2-year public institution with under 3,000 students, faced the urgent challenge of equipping staff and students to work and learn remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ellucian’s solutions supported the IT team’s rapid response—enabling reimaging and provisioning work that delivered 120 reimaged faculty/staff laptops, 100 Chromebooks and 85 student laptops, migration of domains and shared drives, and deployment of VPN and online resources.
