Ajman University, a leading higher-education institution in the United Arab Emirates, needed to integrate campus data and processes to meet students’ rising digital expectations and modernize administrative and learning workflows. To achieve this, Ajman University partnered with Ellucian and selected Ellucian Banner Student to replace its legacy student information systems.

Ellucian implemented Ellucian Banner Student to streamline administrative, teaching and learning tasks, enable self-service access, and allow data to flow across departments with KPI tracking and reporting. As a result, Ajman University achieved improved campus efficiencies, enhanced student and staff satisfaction, increased visibility into student data for decision-making, reduced paperwork, and the ability to continue delivering learning remotely during the COVID‑19 shutdown.
