The University of Idaho partnered with Ellucian to collaborate on implementing new solutions across its advancement operations, prioritizing improved communication and teamwork. Facing limited time and in-house technical capacity, the institution sought a vendor to help deploy and stabilize CRM Advance and other services while maintaining strong collaboration throughout the project.
