University of Arkansas System eVersity is a 100% online institution serving 3,000–5,000 students that needed to build a cloud-first, cloud-only university while operating with an IT staff of one. To meet that challenge they engaged Ellucian, using Ellucian Managed Services to provide the technical operations and higher-ed expertise they lacked in-house.

Ellucian Managed Services became eVersity’s de facto IT office—managing bundles, upgrades, patches, scheduling, and troubleshooting—so university staff could focus on teaching, learning, and student support. As a result, the small institution redirected limited IT resources to its core mission and maintained reliable, scalable cloud operations for its 3,000–5,000 students with Ellucian handling day-to-day IT accountability.
