Ellucian’s Banner Student Self‑Service allowed students to register, pay tuition, check awards and view grades from anywhere, reducing phone calls and in‑person visits and freeing staff to focus on complex issues. The solution produced measurable impact — usage spikes when grades are posted and a Front Range campus processed over $7 million in online tuition payments in a 24‑hour period — demonstrating clear operational efficiencies and an improved student experience from Ellucian.
