Colorado Community College System, a 2-year public system serving over 15,000 people across 13 colleges, needed a better way to provide timely HR information to employees. To address this, the institution partnered with Ellucian and deployed Ellucian Banner Human Resources, including Banner Employee Self‑Service, to centralize HR access and processes.
Ellucian implemented Banner Employee Self‑Service system‑wide—used across the system office and all 13 colleges—giving employees 24/7 access to pay stubs, W‑2s, time/leave records and forthcoming online benefits enrollment. The Ellucian solution improved the employee experience, increased operational efficiency, and freed staff to focus on more strategic projects while supporting over 15,000 users across the system.
