Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®), Ohio’s oldest and largest public community college serving about 55,000 students, faced outdated application-processing methods and rising student expectations as it handled thousands of online applications each year. In partnership with Ellucian, Tri-C adopted Ellucian CRM Recruit to modernize recruiting and admissions workflows.

Ellucian implemented Ellucian CRM Recruit to add decision- and financial-aid letter generation, batch deferment and opportunity processing, and to move admission-notifications from Banner into CRM Recruit. The result: faster, more streamlined workflows and seamless integration with Ellucian Banner—application turnaround dropped from 5–7 business days to 1–2 days, improving efficiency and student service.
