To address enrollment and retention needs they partnered with Ellucian and implemented Ellucian CRM Recruit, Ellucian CRM Advise, and Ellucian Degree Works (integrated with Banner Student).
Ellucian’s solutions streamlined admissions and communication—CRM Recruit sped paperwork processing and kept channels open with prospective students—while CRM Advise and Degree Works gave advisors red/green/yellow dashboards and a mobile app to enable rapid interventions. As a result, Connecticut State Colleges and Universities achieved more efficient admissions processing, quicker response times via the mobile app, and improved ability to recruit the freshman class and help students stay on track to graduate.
