Texas Tech University engaged Ellucian to solve a mobility and access challenge: staff needed a mobile-ready, self-service HR tool that would let employees get HR services anytime and anywhere. Ellucian was selected to deliver this capability using its Ellucian Banner Human Resources Employee Profile app.

Ellucian implemented the Employee Profile app to let employees update personal information, change addresses, view pay stubs, enter time, and check leave balances from any device. The result: HR services are accessible anywhere, self-service tools are easy to use, and staff are better informed—delivering the modern, point-and-click experience Texas Tech sought.
