Going Mobile on the Ellucian Platform

Kishwaukee College, a nationally recognized community college in northern Illinois, wanted to modernize its student and employee experience after migrating its legacy SIS and ERP systems to the Ellucian Platform. The college’s challenge was to create a more unified, mobile-first digital environment with better task follow-through and fewer fragmented email-based workflows.

Ellucian helped Kishwaukee College implement Ellucian Experience as a central mobile campus interface, along with Ellucian Intelligent Processes and Ellucian AI Forms Assistant to automate approvals, build responsive forms, and deliver mobile notifications. As a result, Kishwaukee is rebuilding campus processes into more integrated workflows, accelerating form development, and planning to roll out multiple new forms and processes over time, with the team estimating six or seven forms in about a year.
