Ellucian helped Gwinnett Technical College reorganize its Student Affairs Division, expand staff training, and use data-driven workflows and standardized communications to improve recruitment, registration, and financial aid processing. As a result, applications rose 9%, admitted students increased 6%, financial aid processing time dropped from three weeks to as little as three business days, and 181 students re-enrolled through a targeted outreach campaign, generating more than $225,000 in tuition and fees.
