Vasey RSL Care tackles veteran homelessness with Ellis Jones, supporting 5.3% of ADF leavers

The customer, Vasey RSL Care (VRSLC), faced the challenge of high veteran homelessness rates. To address this crisis, they sought to repurpose a building into a support hub called The V Centre. They engaged the vendor, Ellis Jones, to help co-design this new social enterprise.

Ellis Jones applied its start-up enterprise approach, conducting research and co-design with service providers to create a business model and service blueprint for The V Centre. As a result of this work, VRSLC was able to clearly articulate the project's vision and successfully secure government investment on its first attempt, enabling the launch of the facility.
