Casey Cardinia Libraries launches a 2025 library plan with Ellis Jones

Ellis Jones partnered with Casey Cardinia Libraries (CCL), one of Victoria's largest public library services, which faced the challenge of adapting to rapid population growth and meeting the changing needs of its diverse community for connection and wellbeing.

Using a hybrid research and design-led approach, Ellis Jones developed a comprehensive library plan with four strategic focus areas. The solution provided CCL with a clear vision and a practical action plan to strengthen community outcomes and organisational excellence, which has been endorsed and is now being implemented.
