Arts Capital launches new website in 18 months with Ellis Jones

Arts Capital, a Canberra not-for-profit managing the Ainslie and Gorman Arts Centres, faced the challenge of defining a future vision for its two historic precincts to secure government funding for major capital works and development. The organization engaged the vendor Ellis Jones to help develop an integrated strategic plan and digital presence.

Ellis Jones implemented a multidisciplinary 18-month program of research, strategy, and design. Their solution included quantitative and qualitative stakeholder research, co-design workshops, and the development of a new strategic plan, brand identity, and website. As a result, the project successfully secured crucial government funding in late 2022, validating the centers as cherished cultural assets and ensuring their future through safe, accessible, and technologically integrated heritage buildings.
