Coppergreen Leisure Resorts, operator of four UK holiday parks, faced the sudden disruption of the COVID‑19 lockdown in March 2020 that halted openings and delayed new facilities. To protect staff and use the downtime productively, Coppergreen sought technology improvements to centralise disparate park systems, drive more direct bookings, and automate seasonal maintenance — engaging vendor Elite Dynamics and its EliteParks software to explore new functionality and remote implementation.

Elite Dynamics remotely rolled out EliteParks across all four parks, adding online booking and Hoseasons integration plus Events, Membership and Maintenance modules. The solution centralised operations, enabled remote scheduling and allocation of maintenance jobs to mobile devices, reduced manual administration, improved cross‑selling and customer experience, and positioned Coppergreen to increase direct bookings and futureproof the business.
