YALA Canvas Lodges, a pioneer in the international glamping market with over 6,000 tents in 50+ countries, faced a complex, manual sales process that relied on Excel quotes, paper and no ERP integration while rebranding for global growth. To standardize sales, eliminate errors and enable a connected pre‑production workflow, YALA selected Elfsquad and its Elfsquad Product Configurator to digitize quoting and product configuration.

Elfsquad implemented a 3D product configurator connected to Insightly CRM and Exact Online (with Leapforce supporting design and integration), enabling instant professional quotations and automatic synchronization of Bills of Materials into Exact Online. The result was faster, error‑reduced quoting, the first steps toward a paperless office, an enhanced showroom experience where customers configure tents in 3D, and a planned rollout to YALA’s worldwide dealer network from January 1, 2021 — all delivered through Elfsquad’s configuration platform.
