Spinder, a company that engineers, manufactures, and sells barn interiors for dairy cows, needed a better way to manage quotations across its dealer network in Europe and Canada. Its old sales program was outdated, making it difficult to streamline quoting, onboard dealers, and keep customers well informed. Spinder turned to Elfsquad and its CPQ software to address these challenges.

Elfsquad implemented a dynamic CPQ solution that integrated Spinder’s rules, supported dealer onboarding, and connected to the ERP system through a nightly synchronization. The result was a simpler, more professional quotation process for 65 dealers, with dealers able to create quotes themselves in the field while Spinder’s sales team was less involved. Elfsquad helped improve efficiency, customer clarity, and dealer satisfaction, creating a smoother sales and production experience for everyone involved.
