Elfsquad implemented a modular product configurator integrated with Tilbox’s ERP and CAD, rebranded as the "Tilsmart configurator," and exposed to dealers and international customers. The result: sales trajectories that once took days or weeks now complete in minutes, errors in composition are eliminated, bills of materials sync automatically to speed planning, engineering run time is drastically reduced, and production is effectively set in motion from the office.
