S’moresUp - Customer Case Study

SmoresUp is a parenting app designed to simplify family management by helping parents raise responsible children, organize chores and schedules, and securely connect with other families. At launch the app faced a narrow target audience (parents of 5–15-year-olds), almost no digital marketing, an unoptimized website and no App Store Optimization (ASO), which limited visibility and downloads.

Impiger built a search- and user-friendly website and executed a multi-channel digital strategy—SEO, ASO, paid ads, content, social media, outreach and influencer marketing. Results included a 5x increase in downloads after one month and 12x after two months, SEO keyword rankings moving from 0 to top-25 positions for target terms, cost per install falling from $2.86 to $2.19, and Facebook followers growing from 10 to 2,000, alongside sponsored coverage on major parenting sites and YouTube.
