Pull-A-Part is an Atlanta-based, family-owned recycler that operates 25 used-auto-parts superstores across 12 states and runs a customer hauling service to move vehicles to its yards. Their existing hybrid, non-native customer app suffered from poor UX, data extraction errors and stability problems, creating friction in the pickup/delivery workflow and limiting digital adoption.
Impiger delivered a native iOS iPad app with a redesigned, intuitive interface and a guided four-step data capture flow, plus map/directions, VIN and driver‑license scanners and a data decoder. Backend multithreading, improved error/network handling and refactored web services made the app fast and reliable; with ongoing support and performance tuning, Pull-A-Part now has a stable platform to improve customer value and drive growth.
