Impiger Technologies partnered with Uganda’s Office of the Prime Minister to design and implement the NUSAF3 MIS Suite and a Monitoring & Evaluation mobile app for the five-year Northern Uganda Social Action Fund (NUSAF3). The program—covering 55 districts—suffered from legacy manual processes (from NUSAF1/2) that consumed time, produced poor documentation and reporting, and allowed data leakage and manipulation that undermined project efficiency.

Impiger delivered a web portal for beneficiary, project and financial workflows plus a GPS/geofenced M&E mobile app for geo-tagged photos, signatures and field data, backed by dashboards and integrations with the Citizen Registry, Ministry of Gender, OPM MIS and Sun Accounting for direct bank transfers. The suite automated data capture, consolidation and reporting, eliminated data leakage/manipulation, and enabled a smooth digital transition across stakeholders after initial field resistance.
