CellGate, a Texas-based provider of cellular gate-access systems for residences, commercial properties and storage facilities, relied on integrated hardware, mobile apps and cloud portals under a subscription model. Their legacy setup had fragmented portals, manual firmware updates and SIP video callers that didn’t support push notifications, causing missed calls and poor performance; they needed a single maintenance portal, scalable/high‑availability infrastructure and reliable device connectivity for global customers.

Impiger migrated CellGate to a scalable Microsoft Azure architecture with auto‑scaling, implemented push notifications for iOS/Android, automated firmware rollouts using RPA, improved SIP video/PSTN calling and built a private‑VPN solution for carrier SIMs plus centralized monitoring via Azure Monitor.
