Blais & Associates, a veteran full-service grant management firm, was running its entire process—needs assessment, grant writing, research, compliance and stakeholder coordination—using Word, Excel and Outlook calendars. That spreadsheet- and email-based workflow made scaling difficult and limited transparency, centralization and security as monthly proposal volume increased.

Impiger built a multi-tenant SaaS platform on MS Azure with a .NET front end and Lucene search, migrating documents to Azure storage, adding role-based access, automated notifications and an audit tab; the solution was delivered in 20 weeks. The cloud system automated tracking and storage, boosted process efficiency immediately, and was later commercialized as a SaaS product that created a new revenue stream while receiving ongoing feature updates.
