Enhancing Existing Customer Engagement Solution for a Benefit Solutions and Services Provider

The client, a leading non‑insured benefits solutions and services provider, needed to modernize and digitize its customer management system to boost engagement, capture benefit utilization and adoption data, and deliver seamless access across web and mobile. After a year of unsuccessful mobile development with another vendor, they sought an end‑to‑end solution with multiple portals (admin, group/client and member), SSO, analytics and white‑labeling for large clients.

Impiger rebuilt the apps and delivered multi‑portal web applications and native iOS/Android apps, an Azure‑based microservices architecture, SSO integration, BI via IMPowerBI and an AI chatbot (BEN) for member support. The solution went live within three months, now supports ~2M members, helped secure a 1M‑member insurance contract, enabled white‑label sales and ongoing upgrades, and processed 35,108 chatbot messages while improving access, reporting and scalability.
