QTrak is a Pennsylvania-based logistics technology provider that built an internal delivery-tracking app for colleges, property managers, hotels and mailrooms. The legacy app was slow (searches took 4–5 seconds and worsened with load), lacked logging, lost data offline, had limited features and customization, and could not scale — limiting market reach and customer adoption.

Impiger rebuilt QTrak’s iOS and Android apps in 45 days, migrating to AWS Lambda for on-demand scale and delivering a richer, more reliable product with features like multi-size label printing, email status, auto-suggest, reports/dashboards and ~70 customizations. Performance and reliability were improved via DB replication, query optimization, event logging, encrypted local storage and offline/bulk sync; the project delivered >80% cost savings, 1,000+ installations with daily active users and 10–15 new customers added monthly, with ongoing support from Impiger.
