Impiger Technologies partnered with the Airport Authority of India (AAI) in 2019 to build an inspection management system for Chennai International Airport. Maintenance and issue tracking had been handled through WhatsApp groups, which left no traceability, transparency or accountability, prevented periodic auditing, generated excessive paperwork and caused inefficient back-and-forth communication across terminals and departments.

Impiger delivered a native Android app and web admin portal for daily inspections, checklist validation, image capture, ticket creation and SLA-driven push-notification escalations to engineers and HODs. The system centralized issue tracking and reporting, enabled real-time monitoring and audits, reduced paperwork and improved accountability and resolution times across terminals.
