Thornton Tomasetti, a global engineering and design firm, needed a faster, more centralized invoicing process and better forecasting insight. They partnered with EleVia Software, deploying EleVia’s Electronic Invoicing and later ForecastEdge to address invoicing centralization and to standardize forecasting across the firm.

EleVia Software implemented Electronic Invoicing (integrated with Deltek Vision) and rolled out ForecastEdge for billing forecasts and project financial visibility; Electronic Invoicing is now used by over 90% of Thornton Tomasetti’s ~400 project managers, principals and accounting staff. The combined solution streamlined invoicing, sped onboarding, gave quick, bottom-up insight into project reporting, and eliminated much of the time previously spent sifting through reports.
