KSA Engineers, a Texas-based consulting engineering and architectural firm with about 175 employees across multiple offices, needed help integrating its Newforma Project Center with Deltek Vision and streamlining growing billing and payables workflows. KSA turned to EleVia Software (and its parent, Central Consulting Group) to address integration gaps and to avoid hiring additional A/R staff as the firm expanded across subsidiaries and locations.

EleVia Software implemented EleVia Electronic Invoicing and EleVia Payables Approval & Tracking to automate invoice drafting, routing, electronic markups, and vendor invoice approvals. The solutions made billing and A/P paperless, cut the billing cycle by roughly four days (eliminating the need for extra staff), reduced printing, shipping and storage costs, and improved contracting controls by ensuring vendor contracts accompany invoices.
