Halff Associates Inc. faced a paper-based invoicing bottleneck—more than 1,000 invoices per month across 15 offices—resulting in time-intensive processing, decentralized tracking, and no support for customized workflows in their legacy accounting system. To solve this, Halff implemented Deltek Vision along with EleVia Software’s Electronic Invoicing (EI) solution and later adopted EleVia’s PAT for payables approval and tracking.

EleVia Software centralized and automated invoicing, enabled configurable invoice stages and client-specific workflows, and enforced accounting controls, producing 15–20% greater per-project efficiency, greater transparency and accuracy, and smoother implementation. Measurable results include WIP days down from 27 to 22, annual revenue growing from $97.5M to $134.8M (with WIP moving from $7.2M to $8.0M), plus faster, more consistent invoice tracking and improved AP visibility.
