SOCOTEC US, through its Vidaris business, needed a fast way to add customer payment options after acquiring a Florida-based engineering company. Already using EleVia Software’s Electronic Invoicing solution, the team wanted a payment process that would integrate with Deltek and let customers pay invoices by credit card or ACH without slowing down upcoming projects.

EleVia Software implemented EVPay quickly, with the solution live in under two weeks. SOCOTEC US can now send invoices with a “Pay Now” link, enabling instant ACH or card payments, faster invoice collection, lower A/R and aging, and shorter DSO. The new workflow also saves staff significant time by simplifying invoice packaging and reducing payment reconciliation work.
