DiPrete Engineering faced a fully paper-based invoicing workflow when CFO Chris Ready arrived: draft invoices and documents were printed, placed in red folders, and left in project managers’ mailboxes, creating lost invoices, no accountability, and billing delays. To modernize the process, DiPrete implemented EleVia Software’s EleVia Electronic Invoicing (EleVia EI).
