The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) needed a better way to manage and engage a growing network of highly skilled nuclear engineering specialists and former workers across its UK operations. Working with Elevate Direct, the NDA selected Elevate Recruit to build and nurture a talent pool for these niche contractors and alumni.
Elevate Direct implemented an AI- and machine-learning-driven talent pool and alumni community that matched candidates to opportunities and pushed relevant assignments to them, including via a mobile app. Within 12 months, the talent pool grew to nearly 8,000 workers, including over 2,000 specialist alumni, and up to 40% of applicants sometimes came from the pool, with 1,457 ESCO matches for project manager roles alone.
