Using Elevate Recruit, Elevate Direct created and nurtured an alumni talent pool of around 5,000 specialist contractors in 18 months, sourced largely from the company’s existing worker base and the Elevate Open Market. The platform used AI and machine learning to recommend candidates for roles, delivered job matches to members on mobile, and helped drive strong engagement, with up to 40% of applicants coming from the talent pool and 5,699 total members registered.
