More Face Time, Less Waste Time: How Gaudenzia Transformed the Care Experience with Eleos Scribe

Gaudenzia, a behavioral health provider, was challenged by the time and burden of clinical documentation, which often pulled counselors’ attention away from clients and added stress at the end of the day. With Eleos Health’s Eleos Scribe embedded in the EHR, Gaudenzia was able to automate much of the note-writing process and keep clinicians more present in sessions. The results included 84% of note content generated by Scribe, average note completion time reduced to 4.8 minutes from about 10 minutes, notes submitted within 4.4 hours of service, and an average of 4 unique interventions per session. Gaudenzia also reported a 35% increase in evidence-based techniques used by clinicians, along with improved workflow, better work-life balance, and stronger client engagement.
