LabCentral Residents Benefit from Incubator Partnership with Elemental Machines

LabCentral Residents, the community of companies at LabCentral’s four locations, needed a reliable way to monitor lab assets, manage alerts, and protect sample and reagent integrity as resident teams moved from R&D toward more regulated process development work. With support from Elemental Machines and its customer-focused engineering team, the incubator was able to handle oversight across 506 assets while helping each resident company maintain its own customized monitoring and dashboard access.

Elemental Machines implemented its universal LabOps platform with sensors, customized dashboards, onboarding training, and regular check-ins, while also supporting the community through Lunch & Learns, onsite events, and special exit packages for graduating companies. The result was a long-term partnership that has lasted six years, with many LabCentral graduates continuing to use Elemental Machines after leaving the incubator and residents citing major operational value and a stronger community experience.
