McDaniel College sought a CRM that was easier to use, offered automation, and could generate graduate program leads while bridging prospect and applicant data and improving the application experience. Partnering with Spark451, McDaniel implemented Element451 across its graduate marketing and admissions operation, leveraging modules such as Prospect451, Event451, Campaigns451 and App451 to meet those needs.
Element451 was configured to capture embedded request‑for‑information forms, run Event451 microsites for registrations and payments, and feed prospects into Campaigns451 where labels, segments and workflows automate targeted email/SMS nurturing and acceptance messaging. The result: instant data sync to admissions dashboards, wide adoption of Event451 by staff, applicants reporting a smoother application and integrated fee payments, and custom reporting (built by Spark451) that now lets McDaniel track initiatives like application fee waivers—demonstrating clearer processes and better engagement through Element451.
