Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC), a rural, agriculture-focused college in South Georgia, needed a better way to engage prospective students and parents while dealing with complex CRM tools that were difficult for staff to use. The college also faced declining enrollment, especially among new freshmen, and wanted a simpler, more effective way to personalize outreach.
