Linz Center of Mechatronics builds a cloud demo in 2023 with Eleks

ELEKS partnered with the Linz Center of Mechatronics (LCM), a German R&D company, to help it explore the business potential of cloud-based services for its industrial IoT solution. LCM's challenge was to test and showcase the benefits of the cloud for fleet and data flow management, requiring a strategic partner experienced in Microsoft Azure.

ELEKS conducted a comprehensive feasibility study and workshop, then built a test environment in the cloud to demonstrate data management, hardware integration, and visualization using Azure services and Grafana. The result was a powerful demo environment that LCM can deploy and showcase to clients, providing a strong foundation for future cloud-based manufacturing IoT solutions. ELEKS's work gave LCM the necessary knowledge and a validated architecture plan.
