Eleken's solution involved simplifying navigation by moving the menu, modernizing the search system with filters, and ensuring the design complied with US accessibility standards. The vendor also began work on the larger, more structural redesign. The ongoing collaboration, which treated the Eleken designer as part of the Spoonfed team, has already yielded positive user feedback. The partnership has lasted over nine months, with both teams continuing to work towards the final design.
