Network Innovations, a provider of critical satellite and terrestrial communication systems, faced a challenge with its outdated and difficult-to-navigate customer portal. The legacy platform was functionally sound but visually cluttered, making it hard for new users to onboard and for all users to find key features. They engaged the UI/UX design firm Eleken to modernize the interface without disrupting the mission-critical workflows their customers depended on.

Eleken implemented a comprehensive redesign focused on improving visual clarity and usability. The solution included rebuilding the core map with Mapbox for better performance, introducing a clear sidebar navigation to replace a cluttered topbar, and creating a responsive design that worked across devices. A significant new feature, Geofences, was also added for smarter zone control. The results were positive user feedback praising the improved clarity and faster navigation, a reduction in user confusion and support requests, and a successful re-engagement with Eleken for further platform improvements.
