How Electrolux optimized scheduling for its delivery fleet

Electrolux, a global appliance manufacturer, faced an inefficient logistics fleet management system with numerous manual backup operations that lowered fleet efficiency. To address this, Electrolux partnered with ElectroNeek and used ElectroNeek Studio to automate routine Logistics Department tasks across SAP, Excel, Word and Windows 10.

ElectroNeek built a robot in ElectroNeek Studio that analyzes truck workloads, schedules downtime and routes, and automatically generates required delivery documentation—creating an automated backup and control layer without changing Electrolux’s IT infrastructure. The solution improved fleet utilization, shortened the accounts receivable cycle, saved more than 14,000 hours of manual work per year, improved reporting accuracy and contributed to revenue growth in the first year; Electrolux is now planning to expand automation to other departments.
