Epiroc, a global productivity partner for the mining and infrastructure industries, faced slow and error-prone processing of incoming requests for spare parts and consumables, with multiple applications getting lost or left idle. To address this, Epiroc implemented ElectroNeek’s robots to automate its Application Distribution and Billing System.

ElectroNeek deployed bots that monitor and process requests across Windows 10, Word, Excel, IBM and Jira, validate applications, generate invoices and maintain processing logs. The solution accelerated data handling, cut equipment downtime and improved customer service, freeing more than 20,000 hours of sales managers’ time per year through faster, more accurate invoice generation; Epiroc plans to roll out additional ElectroNeek bots to automate more routine tasks.
